KANSAS CITY, Mo. - HaryanaBlog -- West Bottoms stores are blossoming with color and displays that will charm moms for the Blooms in the Bottoms First Friday weekend event, May 6-8. The weekend will also host some Blooming Mother's Day Tea Parties, offer fresh flowers photo-op displays in addition to all the streetside food and drinks.

Fresh flowers will be carted in by the basket loads to be displayed to add the colors of Spring and the sweet-flower scent to heighten the senses as many will celebrate mothers throughout the thirteen-block, historic district.

"I like to talk about the ladies, and some men, who create elaborate designs and displays using home décor in the West Bottoms stores," said Amber Arnett-Bequeaith, West Bottoms district spokesperson, aka Queen of the West Bottoms. "Moms and these wonderful West Bottoms' designers are our Queens for the weekend here."
