Philadelphia, PA — Goldstar Rehabilitation, a leading provider of early intervention services in Pennsylvania, is proud to celebrate 15 years of serving children and families across the Greater Philadelphia region.

Founded in 2009, Goldstar Rehabilitation has supported over ten thousand families with in-home and community-based therapy for children ages 0–3.
